JUDA Information Sheets

The City of Joondalup has a proposed new strategy for its infill housing.  The administration is currently working on an interim Local Planning Policy to bring some development controls to the HOAs.  While this LPP will hopefully improve the development outcomes we see in the HOAs, it is not a proper long-term solution.  So the community needs to engage on what the Consultants have come up with.

Their proposed strategy has come about because there has been significant resident dissatisfaction with the existing infill housing strategy. In response to that the City engaged consultants last year to review the existing strategy and recommend changes to it.
We have produced some information sheets to help you understand the jargon and long reports.
